Join NMFMA for comprehensive Tier 1 & 2 Food Safety Training, specifically designed for small and mid-size farms. Expert trainers will provide hands-on support to help you:
- Reduce food safety risks effectively.
- Navigate and meet NM Grown Approved Supplier requirements.
- Develop a Farm Risk Assessment and Food Safety Plan (Tier 2).
What You’ll Gain:
Tier 1: Foundations of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP): Understand essential food safety practices and prepare to create your own risk assessment or food safety plan.
Tier 2: Practical Farm Risk Assessment & Food Safety Plan Development: Work with our trainers to create a customized plan tailored to your farm’s unique needs, serving as your operational guide for continuous food safety improvement.
