Commercial Kitchen
At its heart, you'll find our Commercial Kitchen, a versatile space available for rent, equipped with all the essentials for your culinary ventures. This includes a demonstration kitchen, dedicated produce aggregation and processing areas, and a baking space complete with high volume ovens. The hot foods prep area boasts a steam kettle and a range of food prep equipment. Storage is no issue, with abundant refrigeration, dry storage, and a walk-in freezer.
Makerspace
Adjacent to the Commercial Kitchen, our Cold Storage facility serves as a standalone refrigerated storage building. This provision supports growers and entrepreneurs with short-term storage needs, facilitating preparation for aggregation and distribution.
Refrigerated Transit Van
Our campus is also home to a Refrigerated Transit Van, a crucial asset for small growers and entrepreneurs. This service ensures the safe transit of produce along the value chain, maintaining their freshness and quality.
Gardens & Hoop House
Breathe in the fresh air at our Resilience Garden, a vibrant space featuring a variety of planting beds and hoop houses for year-round growth. This garden, where traditional Pueblo and urban growing techniques are harmoniously blended, also hosts training sessions and classes.
