Join keynote speaker Chef Nephi Craig (White Mountain Apache/Navajo), Founder of the Native American Culinary Association (NACA) and current Nutritional Recovery Program Coordinator at the Rainbow Treatment Center and Executive Chef at Café Gozhóó, both on the White Mountain Apache tribal land in Arizona. Chef Nephi will be presenting an interactive session titled, “Indigenous Foodways as Community Intervention: How it Works.”

We will also have a panel discussion featuring Indigenous local food entrepreneurs: Gilbert Louis III (Acoma Pueblo), owner of NM LA Beef, Tina Archuleta (Jemez Pueblo), owner of Itality Plant Based Foods, Janice Lucero (Isleta Pueblo), owner of Cotton Blossom Gardens, and Bryce Townsend (San Felipe Pueblo/Ohkay Owingeh), owner of Black Mesa Farm.
